ZapCursor connects to third-party services such as Notion. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party platforms.

6. Fees and Billing

Paid plans may be offered on monthly or annual billing terms as presented in the app or website. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

ZapCursor, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by ZapCursor or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant ownership rights to you.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to ZapCursor if you violate these Terms, create security risk, or misuse the service. You may stop using ZapCursor at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
